With Custom Shop, you don’t buy stock which you hope will meet your customers’ tastes and needs. Customers are given a 3D preview of their creation. Once they confirm the model, you send in your order and we put it into production. You receive your customer’s personally crafted glasses within a couple of days. You save space, cut costs and take no risks because you order a product you’ve already sold! You’ll have fewer risks, lower overheads, more flexibility, faster delivery times and higher margins.

The Custom Shop project is the culmination of years of research and development into machinery and production methods. We have developed technologies in-house that allow you and your customers to create eyewear that fits perfectly and is customised down to the smallest detail. Configuring and creating custom eyewear with our tools couldn't be easier and if you have several devices, you can have more than one customer trying and choosing shapes and colours at the same time and you can make multiple sales! Our eyewear is manufactured in our factory in Domegge di Cadore (BL) with top-quality materials and processes that have a low impact on the environment.

A shopping experience like you’ve never seen before!
The process lets customers express their creativity as they craft their OWN eyewear, choosing the shape, colour, size and temples. They make the decisions in this unique experience and are ultimately more satisfied with the result! These bespoke glasses are then produced in our factory in Cadore.
Endless personalisation options!
Our CONFIGURATORS have endless personalisation options, so you will always be able to find something that your customers like, however odd their requests! And if they like to make responsible environmental choices, there is also a collection of colours in bio acetate!
How does it work?
Customers use our digital configurators to choose the shape they want out of more than 100 different models and then one of three sizes. Next they choose the colour of the front from over 600 options and whether they want a glossy or matte finish. Then there is a choice of two different temples, available in more than 50 colours. Last but not least, they can opt for an engraving in one of 12 different colours. The result: a unique, 100% customised pair of glasses!
From the comfort of your home, too!
Now your customers can create their own personalised eyewear AT HOME and then come to your shop with the QR code! All you have to do is scan the code and confirm the order! Our CUSTOM SHOP is the first of its kind, an extraordinary opportunity, a highly original space that has been designed from top to toe with innovative and sustainable materials. The fittings are made of MOSO® bamboo: a natural, CO2 neutral, FSC® certified material which reflects our commitment to the concept of the circular economy.

The solutions we offer are designed to meet the different needs and spaces of your shop, with fittings that can easily be adapted to the requirements of opticians and customers. The best-selling shapes and colours are displayed in the shop, even though the actual range in our “virtual warehouse” is a lot larger. The innovative, impactful display is guaranteed to arouse your customers’ curiosity. The display panels give strength and visibility to the product inside the shop and create a light, bright focal point that attracts the customer’s attention. The acetate colour swatches are also a useful tool that is not often seen at an optician’s.
